Leadership & foundation.
TrueSkies was founded by two operators who have spent their careers inside private aviation, not around it.
David Young
David is an aero-entrepreneur and strategist with a 35-year career spanning private aviation, artist and VIP management, and sustainable mobility. He understands the needs of today's private jet clientele intuitively.
From Billboard Song of the Year awards to Tour Link's Jet Charter of the Year award, David is a decorated veteran with hundreds of global world tours and 30+ years of touring and VIP management experience. After selling entertainment-focused YoungJets in 2015, he launched a VIP 737 service connecting three West Coast markets to Maui and consulted for hydrogen-electric aircraft startup Beyond Aero before founding TrueSkies with Christian Meiley.
Christian Meiley
Christian brings over a decade of experience in private aviation, having led thousands of charters and aircraft transactions worldwide. His expertise spans charter, jet-card programs, and whole-aircraft sales and acquisition advisory, with closed deals across Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, Textron, and Embraer.
Recognized for his mastery of complex international missions and VIP operations, he is supported by a global network extending from New York to Brazil and Europe. His background in entertainment instilled a client-first, detail-driven style, and he is known for the anticipatory service that ensures every journey is executed seamlessly.

Audited safety
We work with independent auditors ARG/US and Wyvern, and partner only with operators who pass their stringent safety requirements. For international operators, we partner with operators upholding IS-BAO best-practice standards, a globally recognized voluntary safety and operational standard for business aviation. Only top-rated crews and aircraft enter our network.
Service & Support
In addition to having a dedicated broker to handle every detail of your charter flights, we are backed by a 24/7 flight center based centrally in the US. Collectively we are able to provide flight arrangement and seamless global connections, holding the highest standard of service from first request to day-of-travel flight following.
