Programs & How It Works
01 Booking What is True Demand?

True Demand is our pay-as-you-go private jet service with no membership fees or long-term commitments. You simply request a quote when you need to fly, and we handle all the details for a seamless private aviation experience and convenient Fin-Tech payment solutions.

02 Programs How is True Demand different from TrueSkies Reserve?

Our On-Demand service requires no upfront deposit or commitment, making it ideal for occasional flyers (1–4 trips annually). TrueSkies Reserve, our funds-on-account program, requires a refundable deposit starting at $100,000 and offers enhanced benefits for frequent flyers, including wholesale pricing and additional perks.

03 Programs What is the TrueSkies Reserve program and how does it differ from traditional jet cards?

TrueSkies Reserve is our innovative pre-paid charter program designed to deliver complete transparency in private aviation. Unlike traditional jet cards that often include hidden fees and markup pricing, TrueSkies Reserve provides direct access to wholesale operator pricing with a pre-determined service fee that is reduced the more you have on account with us. You see exactly what we see — including operator quotes and invoices — giving you unprecedented pricing clarity. Your travel funds remain fully refundable, and you enjoy flexible access to our vetted global operator network without the long-term commitments or complex hour calculations typical of jet cards.

04 Pricing What deposit tiers are available and what benefits come with each?

TrueSkies SILVERADO ($100,000 deposit): Access to our wholesale operator network with a flat services fee, optional TS Trip Protection for financial assurances, a quarterly $150 ground or hospitality credit, and complimentary carbon offsetting on each flight. TrueSkies SUMMIT ($250,000 deposit): Everything in Silverado plus a 12.5% discount on the service fee. TrueSkies GLOBAL ($500,000+ deposit): Custom-built for high-volume charter users with more complex service needs — from touring entertainers to financial road-shows to corporations. Access our international network of vetted tour and road-show friendly operators curated by a team with three decades of global tour jet experience.

05 Programs Are there any aircraft restrictions or peak day limitations with TrueSkies Reserve?

No. Unlike many jet card programs that restrict aircraft types or impose blackout dates, TrueSkies Reserve offers complete flexibility. You can choose from any aircraft in our worldwide vetted operator network based on your specific needs for each trip. There are no peak day surcharges or blackout dates — true freedom to fly when and how you want.

Pre-Flight Briefing
01 Booking How far in advance should I book True Demand?

While we pride ourselves on handling last-minute requests efficiently, we recommend booking three to four weeks in advance for domestic and international travel — and six weeks or more for peak periods (around major US holidays) — to ensure optimal aircraft selection and competitive pricing.

02 Aircraft What types of aircraft are available for True Demand?

We provide access to all categories of private aircraft, from turboprops to ultra-long-range jets, through our global operator network. Aircraft selection is based on your specific requirements: passenger count, luggage needs, non-stop preferences, destination, and budget.

03 Sustainability How does TrueSkies support environmental responsibility in private aviation?

Environmental responsibility is built into every TrueSkies flight. Through our partnership with 4AIR, a leading aviation sustainability pioneer, we provide 100% carbon offset on all flights at no additional cost to you. For clients wanting to make an even greater impact, we offer optional upgrade tiers: Emissions Neutral (offset non-CO2 emissions for 300% total reduction), Beyond Neutral (support the use of sustainable aviation fuel), and Climate Champion (fund breakthrough aviation technologies).

TS Trip Protection Questions
01 Trip Protection What is TS Trip Protection and how is it different from insurance?

TS Trip Protection is an aircraft recovery and financial support program — not insurance. It is powered by Charter Flight Support (CFS), a company founded by an executive team with over 20 years of aviation experience. The program provides global, 24/7 recovery support and financial reimbursement in the event of mechanical AOGs (Aircraft on Ground) on Part 135 charter flights. Unlike insurance, there is no claims process — our team activates immediately to source a replacement aircraft and cover the cost difference.

02 Trip Protection How do I purchase TS Trip Protection and how is it priced?

You can add TS Trip Protection at any time prior to your departure date. The cost is calculated as a percentage of your total charter cost and varies by cabin class: Piston / Turboprop / VLJ: 2.0%, Light Jet: 2.5%, Midsize Jet: 3.0%, Super-Midsize Jet: 3.5%, Heavy Jet: 4.0%, Ultra Long Range: 4.5%, VIP Airliners: 5.0%–7.0%. Your TrueSkies advisor will confirm the exact cost before adding it to your itinerary.

03 Trip Protection What does TS Trip Protection cover?

If a mechanical issue grounds your scheduled aircraft, TS Trip Protection covers the price difference between your original charter and the cost of a replacement aircraft — up to 100% of the original charter cost. Our team will secure a replacement of comparable cabin class or larger. The program also covers most ancillary costs incurred due to the mechanical issue, such as commercial airline tickets or hotel rooms, subject to the same 100% cap. Any increase in cost beyond 100% of the original charter cost is the client's responsibility.

04 Trip Protection Does TS Trip Protection guarantee a replacement aircraft within a specific timeframe?

No. TS Trip Protection does not guarantee a replacement aircraft by a specific time. Per industry standard, our team deploys all available resources and best commercial efforts to secure a replacement with as minimal a departure delay as possible. The program provides financial coverage for the recovery — it does not guarantee a recovery aircraft by a fixed hour.

05 Trip Protection Does TS Trip Protection cover all maintenance events?

TS Trip Protection covers unscheduled maintenance events that occur within 10 days prior to your departure date. Events outside this window, as well as the following, are not covered: scheduled maintenance, aircraft owner pulling the jet, pilot-related delays or cancellations, weather-related delays or cancellations, and physical damage or vandalism.

06 Trip Protection Will the terms and conditions of the original charter operator remain the same for the replacement?

Not necessarily. The replacement operator may have different terms and conditions — for example, a stricter cancellation policy. You will always be presented with the recovery option and any new terms in full, with the ability to accept or decline before committing.

07 Trip Protection Am I required to accept the replacement aircraft offered?

No. You are never required to accept the replacement aircraft. If the recovery solution is not timely enough, does not meet your standards, or you wish to cancel the trip entirely, you may decline. In that case, the TS Trip Protection fee is fully refunded. Please note that financial support for cost recovery is not provided if you decline the offered replacement.

08 Trip Protection Is TS Trip Protection refundable if my trip is cancelled before departure?

Yes. The TS Trip Protection fee is fully refundable if your trip is cancelled prior to departure. The protection fee is separate from your charter contract — you may still be subject to operator cancellation fees per their terms, but the TS Trip Protection fee itself is entirely refundable.

09 Trip Protection Is TS Trip Protection required, and can I add it to all my flights?

No — TS Trip Protection is 100% optional and available on a trip-by-trip basis. Simply let your TrueSkies advisor know you would like to add coverage to any upcoming flight and they will provide a quote and support agreement. If you wish to add it to every charter flight booked through TrueSkies, volume protection options are available that can reduce your per-trip cost. Ask your advisor for details.
